Found in secret tunnels under a Jesuit church in Potosi, Bolivia, these skulls were from the times of Spanish colonialism 400 years ago. The town of Potosi was a Spanish mint. It's estimated that the mining and subsequent mercuric processing caused the deaths of over 10 million people.
